Awantipora, Sep 29, 2025:As part of the commemoration of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Awantipora Police today organised a “Run for Unity” under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2025-26.
The run, held from Bus Stand Tral to Bajwani, witnessed enthusiastic participation of students of different school of Tral area.
The event was flagged off by SDPO Tral Shri Rajesh Kumar alongwith SHO PS Tral Inspector Abdul Rashid in the presence Teachers, and students. The first three winners were presented with mementos and appreciation certificates.
On the occasion, Awantipora Police lauded the efforts of the students and reaffirmed its commitment to promoting unity, integrity, and patriotism, keeping alive the vision and legacy of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
